Pricing

The whole price list, on the page

Priced per aircraft, not per member, so adding pilots never costs the club more. Every club platform we looked at makes you book a call to hear a number. Here is ours.

What it costs

$69 a month covers the club and up to 2 aircraft. Each aircraft beyond the second is $10 a month. Pay for a year up front and it is 10% less. SMS notifications, if you want them, are $20 a month on top.

There is no per-member charge and no seat count. A club of 12 pays the same as a club of 60 flying the same fleet, because the cost of running the software follows the aeroplanes, not the roster.

What a real club pays

A three-aircraft club paying yearly spends $853.20 a year. That is normally less than the same club pays for a scheduler and an accounting subscription bought separately, and it is one system instead of two that have to be reconciled against each other every month.

No contract, no minimum

Month to month. Stop whenever it stops being worth it, take your data with you, and we will help you land it somewhere else.

No setup fee

Moving your schedule, roster, aircraft, meters, hours and squawks across is part of the price. See how a switch runs.

No sales process

Start from the pricing box on the home page and you are running the same evening, or email us and get a real reply within a day.

We take nothing out of what your members pay

The subscription above is the entire amount FlightWay is paid. There is no percentage of collections, no per-statement fee and no per-payment fee. Money moves from the member through the club’s own Stripe account into the club’s own bank account; it never passes through us, and we could not take a cut of it if we wanted to.

The only fee on a payment is Stripe’s own, and the club chooses whether to absorb it or pass it on. Because bank transfer is capped and card is not, the difference on a real statement is large, which is why ACH is offered first here and never gated behind enabling cards.

A $2,000 statementFeeWhy
Bank transfer (ACH)$5.00Stripe charges 0.8%, capped at $5 per transaction
Cardabout $58.30Stripe charges 2.9% plus 30 cents, with no cap
FlightWay’s share of either$0.00We are paid by subscription, not by transaction

Stripe’s published US rates, checked 18 August 2026. It is also why a month of flying is collected as one debit rather than one per flight: the cap applies per transaction, so ten small debits cost roughly ten times what one costs.

Worth asking any other vendor the same question in writing: what do you take from money collected from our members, and can they pay by bank transfer at all?

Questions about the price

Do you charge per member?

No. Every member, guest instructor and board seat is included at every fleet size. Only the number of aircraft moves the price.

What counts as an aircraft?

An airframe the club schedules and bills for. A simulator or a towplane counts if you are booking and billing it in FlightWay; an aircraft that is sold or out of the club does not.

What if we buy or sell an aeroplane mid-year?

Email us and we change the subscription quantity. Stripe prorates the difference against the current period, so you pay for what the fleet actually was.

Is there a free trial?

There is no time-limited trial to game. Instead there is a published price, a month-to-month subscription and a free migration, so the cost of finding out is one month. If you want to see the software first, ask and we will walk you through the running app rather than a slide deck.

How do we pay you?

By card, through Stripe Checkout, monthly or yearly. The club’s own member payments are a separate Stripe account under the club’s control.

What happens if we cancel?

The subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Before then you can export the full journal, every entry and every line, plus your flights and roster as CSV. It is ordinary double-entry data that any accountant or system can read.

Is the accounting migration really extra?

Yes, and it is the only thing that is. Rebuilding a year of history as real journal entries and reconciling every member balance against your existing A/R aging is a job with a real cost, so we quote it rather than pretend it is free. Most clubs start clean and settle old balances where they already are. More on how that works.

The signup box on the home page takes a club name, an email and a card. If you would rather ask something first, we answer email properly.
