Comparison

FlightWay vs Flight Schedule Pro

Flight Schedule Pro is built for a wider market than a flying club, and its shape shows it: five modules, a training system, and a price you have to ask for.

Prices and features here were read on each vendor's own public pages on 18 August 2026. Vendors change both. If something below has gone out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

What Flight Schedule Pro sells

Its pricing page describes five hubs: Scheduling, Billing, Training, Maintenance and Reporting, with Reporting available in a basic form alongside the others and an advanced version quoted separately. There is a suite option described as "simple per aircraft pricing", with no amount given. The Billing Hub integrates with QuickBooks Online. To get a number you fill in a form.

For a flight school running Part 141 course tracking and instructor scheduling across a fleet, the training side is genuinely valuable and FlightWay does not compete with it. For a club of members who own aeroplanes together, the training hub is a module you are not using and the pricing conversation is one you did not need.

Modules versus one system

A modular product lets a vendor sell you a narrow start and grow the invoice later. It also means the seams between modules are real: the billing module and the maintenance module know less about each other than two parts of one system would.

FlightWay is one system. A critical squawk in maintenance removes the aeroplane from the schedule, and the flight the schedule produced posts a priced charge into the ledger, because those are not three products that talk to each other.

Which club should choose which

Flight Schedule Pro fits if

You are a flight school or a club with a school attached, you need syllabus and course tracking, or you need scale features across a large mixed fleet.

FlightWay fits if

You are a club. The people using it are members, the person reconciling it is a volunteer, and the club would rather not run an accounting subscription alongside a scheduler.

How much does Flight Schedule Pro cost?

It does not publish dollar figures. Its pricing page describes per-aircraft pricing for a suite and asks you to request pricing or a demo. Checked 18 August 2026.

Does FlightWay do flight training management?

No. There is no syllabus, course or student progress tracking. FlightWay tracks member currency, medical and flight review expiry, and can gate booking on them, but a school that needs course management should look elsewhere.

Is FlightWay big enough for a large fleet?

Pricing runs to sixty aircraft and the system is multi-tenant by design. Be aware of the honest position, which is on the home page: FlightWay runs a real club today rather than thousands of them, and we would rather show you the software than claim a customer count.

Send the fleet and the member count. You will get a price and a plan back, not a discovery call.
